Terms and conditions

In short: These terms apply whenever you use our site or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Kreaction, LLC (“Kreaction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a design and print shop at 8949 Slauson Ave., Pico Rivera, CA 90660. “You” means the person or business using our site or ordering from us.

These terms govern kreaction.co, orders placed on the site, quoted jobs, design work and web design. Our privacy policy and SMS consent documentation are part of these terms.

When you use the site, create an account, approve a quote or place an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.

In short: You must be 18 or older, or ordering for a business you can act for. Keep your account details accurate and your password safe.

We serve customers in the United States. To order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you order for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Give us accurate account and order information and keep it current. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

In short: Every job gets a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, and once you approve, it prints exactly as shown.

When an order is accepted

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order because of its content, a stock problem or a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund what you paid for any work we have not started.

Your proof

We send a free digital proof for every job. Nothing prints until you approve it. This is how we keep our promise to never print anything you are not completely satisfied with: you see the job and approve it before we print.

Check the proof carefully. We do not proofread spelling, grammar or content. To approve, you confirm both of these statements:

• “I checked the spelling, graphics, QR codes and links, and everything is correct.”
• “I understand this proof prints as shown, and I will not hold Kreaction responsible for anything I missed.”

Once approved, no changes can be made. Colors on screen can differ slightly from print. The approved proof prints as shown, so your approval is final. Production starts after you approve the proof and the order is paid in full.

If you ask for changes before you approve, we send a new proof and the approval step starts again.

In short: Only send content you have the right to use. Designs we create for you become yours once they are paid in full.

Your rights to what you send

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, photos, fonts, text and the names or likenesses of people. You agree to cover our losses and costs if a claim is made that your content infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse any job with content we consider infringing, illegal or objectionable. File requirements are listed on each product page and in our FAQ. How long we keep your artwork is covered in our privacy policy.

Keep your own copies of any files you send us. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files.

Showing our work

We may photograph finished work and show it on our site and social media. If you would rather we did not, email info@kreaction.co and we will leave your job out.

Who owns the designs we create

Designs we create for you, such as layouts and websites, belong to you once you pay for them in full. Until then, they belong to us. We keep our own tools, templates and licensed stock assets. Those are not transferred to you.

In short: Print is a physical process. Small differences in color and cut are normal, and production times are estimates.

• Color. Color varies between screens, proofs and print, and from one print run to the next. This is not a defect unless the color is clearly off.
• Cutting. Cuts can shift by up to about 1/16 inch. Thin borders near the edge may look uneven. If your design uses them, that risk is yours.
• Quantity. You receive at least the quantity you ordered. A run may include a few extra pieces at no charge.
• Timing. Production and proof times on product pages are estimates in business days. They start after you approve the proof and the order is paid in full. They are not guarantees, and a delay is not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

In short: Cancel before you approve the proof for a full refund. If we make a mistake, we reprint at no charge.

Before you approve the proof

You can cancel any time before you approve the proof for a full refund. The one exception is a design fee: once we have sent a proof, a paid design fee is not refunded.

After you approve the proof

Once you approve the proof, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Reprints

If the problem is ours, such as a print defect, the wrong stock or size, or an error in artwork we made, we reprint the job at no charge. We do not give cash refunds for these problems. An error that was in the proof you approved is reprinted only as a new, paid order.

To report a problem, email info@kreaction.co within 7 days of pickup or delivery and include photos. We may ask you to return the affected pieces. Any refund we issue goes back to the original payment method.

In short: Choose shipping or pickup at checkout. Tell us within 7 days if a package is lost or damaged, and collect pickup orders within 30 days.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are carrier estimates. We send tracking when it is available.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days. We will file the claim with the carrier and reprint and reship your order once at our cost. If the address you gave us is wrong or incomplete, the cost of reshipping is yours.

Pickup

Pickup orders are collected at 8949 Slauson Ave., Pico Rivera, CA 90660, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM. We let you know when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 30 days of that notice may be discarded without a refund.

In short: Web orders are paid in full at checkout. Quoted jobs are paid in full before pickup, delivery or install.

Web orders

Orders placed on the site are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. We accept cards, Klarna, Affirm, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you pay with Klarna, Affirm or Cash App Pay, that provider's own agreement governs the financing.

Quotes and invoices

Quotes are valid for 30 days. When you approve a quote, it becomes an invoice. We may ask for a deposit, which is refundable until you approve the proof. The balance is due before pickup, delivery or install.

If an order goes 30 days with no payment or response from you, we may cancel it. You can reinstate it by paying in full.

Prices, tax and store credit

Prices do not include sales tax unless it is shown. We may change our products, prices and the site at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already placed. We may correct an obvious error in a price, description or availability before we accept an order. Store credit is applied by us to a future invoice and has no cash value.

In short: Design and web work includes the revision rounds described in your order or plan. The finished work is yours once it is paid in full.

Design help on print orders

When you order design help, it includes the proof rounds needed to get your design right.

Web design

Web design plans include the revision rounds shown on the plan. Extra rounds are quoted separately. Timelines assume you send text, images and feedback promptly.

After you pay in full, the site files and domain are yours, and you may host the site anywhere. If you choose our optional hosting, it is billed once a year in advance. If hosting goes unpaid, we will notify you, and after that notice we may take the site offline.

In short: We only text you about your orders if you opt in. Emails, texts and approvals you make online count as being in writing.

Text messages

We send transactional text messages only if you opt in, either with the checkbox at checkout or by telling us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our SMS consent documentation.

Electronic communications and records

You agree that emails, text messages, the site and approvals you give electronically count as being in writing. When you approve a proof or a quote online, that approval is a binding electronic signature.

In short: You may use our site to shop with us. Do not copy it, automate it or try to break it.

The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to Kreaction. We give you a limited permission to use the site to learn about and buy our products and services.

You may not:

• Scrape or copy the site, or use bots to access it.
• Interfere with how the site works.
• Pretend to be someone else.
• Try to get around the site's security.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

In short: Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Rights that California law does not allow us to limit stay with you.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a missed event. Some states do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under California law.

In short: California law applies. If something goes wrong, talk to us first and we will try to fix it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If you have a dispute with us, email info@kreaction.co first. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. Either of us may still use small claims court.

Notice for California residents

The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

In short: These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

These terms, together with our privacy policy and SMS consent documentation, are the whole agreement between you and us about your orders and your use of the site.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.

We may assign this agreement if our business is sold or transferred. Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier, carrier, utility or network disruptions. Timelines extend by the length of the delay.

The date at the top of this page shows the current version. The version in force when you placed an order governs that order.
