Kreaction SMS consent documentation

Kreaction uses text messaging to communicate with customers about active business matters. The program supports quotes, invoices, payments, orders, and account-related service updates.

Message frequency varies based on each customer's activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Kreaction obtains permission before sending automated text notifications. Consent may be given verbally by phone or in person as part of client onboarding or an active customer service conversation.

Verbal consent script

“We'll send you text messages about your invoices and account updates. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can text STOP at any time to opt out. Is that okay with you?”

When the customer agrees, Kreaction uses the mobile number the customer provided for those notifications.

Kreaction's billing application stores customer phone numbers and each customer's current SMS preference, including whether the customer has opted out. Customers marked as opted out are not eligible to receive automated text notifications unless they later ask to subscribe again.

SMS preference records are maintained for the customer relationship and as needed to honor opt-out requests.

Transactional and informational messages may include:

• Quote and invoice notifications
• Payment confirmations and receipts
• Payment reminders
• Order and account updates
• Cancellation and refund notifications
• Replies to customer questions

Kreaction does not currently send marketing or promotional text campaigns. If Kreaction introduces marketing text messages in the future, they will be sent only after the recipient provides separate consent for that purpose.

Consent to receive marketing messages will not be a condition of purchasing goods or services. Transactional consent will not automatically be treated as marketing consent.

A recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Kreaction text message. A final confirmation message may be sent to confirm the request. Kreaction will then stop automated text messages to that number unless the customer later asks to subscribe again.

Customers may also request an opt-out by calling (562) 942-1144 or emailing info@kreaction.co.
