If you have a question about this policy or how we handle information, email [email protected].

Payment information
Card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment fields and transmitted directly to Stripe. Kreaction does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive limited transaction information such as the amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and in some cases card brand and last four digits.
Information collected automatically
Our website and infrastructure may process your IP address, approximate country derived from the IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages or features used, date and time, request and security logs, error details, and limited performance information. We use this data to operate the site, maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and understand whether our services function correctly.
We do not use GPS or browser location access to collect precise device location. We do not intentionally request government identification numbers, health information, or biometric identifiers. Account authentication information is processed only to create, secure, and operate customer accounts.
Information received from other services
We receive payment confirmations and transaction details from Stripe, appointment information from Calendly, bookkeeping and invoice information from QuickBooks Online, delivery updates from shipping providers, and service or delivery status from communications and production providers. This information is connected to the relevant customer, order, appointment, or business record.
How we use information
In short: We use information to provide the work you request, operate our business, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with our obligations.
We use personal information to:
- Create, verify, secure, and maintain customer accounts.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, collect payments, create invoices and receipts, arrange production, and complete pickup or delivery.
- Review, store, prepare, print, transfer, and retrieve customer artwork and project files.
- Answer questions, provide support, schedule appointments, request approvals, and send service communications.
- Send transactional text messages about quotes, invoices, payments, receipts, reminders, cancellations, refunds, orders, and account updates where the customer has consented.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, protect our services, and investigate technical or security issues.
- Maintain accounting, tax, transaction, consent, operational, and legal records.
- Diagnose errors, monitor reliability, and improve the operation and usability of our services.
- Respond to lawful requests and protect Kreaction, our customers, and others.
Kreaction does not currently send promotional email or marketing text campaigns. If we introduce them, we will obtain any consent required for that communication and provide a clear way to unsubscribe.
When we disclose information
In short: We disclose only the information needed for providers to perform services for Kreaction, fulfill a customer request, protect our business, or comply with law.
Service providers
We use providers to operate parts of our business. The categories and current providers include:
- Hosting, storage, security, and diagnostics: Hetzner, Cloudflare, and Sentry.
- Payments and bookkeeping: Stripe and Intuit QuickBooks Online.
- Email, file storage, messaging, and scheduling: Microsoft Exchange and OneDrive for Business, Postmark, Twilio, and Calendly.
- Production and delivery: Trade printers, UPS, and FedEx.
Trade printers may receive artwork and production specifications. When a trade printer blind-ships an order, it may also receive the recipient's name and shipping address. Kreaction does not provide trade printers with a customer's phone number or email address for that purpose.
Other permitted disclosures
We may also disclose information:
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect rights, safety, property, accounts, or services; investigate fraud; or respond to misuse.
- In connection with a merger, financing, sale, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of some or all business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
- At your direction or with your consent.
No sale or behavioral advertising
Kreaction does not sell, rent, trade, or exchange personal information for money or another benefit. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use customer information, website activity, or order history for targeted advertising.
Payment information
In short: Stripe handles every online card payment for Kreaction.
Stripe processes the payment details you enter and returns the transaction information Kreaction needs to confirm, record, refund, and support the payment. Stripe's own practices are described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Kreaction stores payment status and related transaction or invoice information in its order, customer-management, and accounting systems. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Cookies and online activity
In short: We use cookies and similar browser storage for account, cart, security, regional, and display functions, not for targeted advertising.
Our website uses first-party cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, remember a cart, maintain a secure session, select the United States store region, remember a display preference, and support payment or account flows. Stripe and the embedded Calendly scheduler may also use cookies or similar technologies when their features load.
You can remove or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, cart, checkout, payment, scheduling, or preference features from working correctly.
Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Kreaction does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use cross-site behavioral advertising technology. As a result, there is no sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity for these signals to opt you out of on our website.
Text messages
In short: Kreaction currently uses text messages for transactional and informational business communications after consent.
Text messages may include quote and invoice notifications, payment confirmations, receipts, reminders, order and account updates, cancellations, refunds, and replies to customer questions. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.
Kreaction stores the mobile number you provide, your current SMS preference, and text or multimedia messages you exchange with us. Incoming messages may include text, photos, and attachments. They are stored in our internal business systems to communicate with you and maintain customer records.
Reply STOP to opt out of automated text messages. A final confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, call (562) 942-1144, or email [email protected]. Transactional consent will not automatically be treated as consent for future marketing messages.
Read our full SMS consent documentation.
How long we keep information
In short: Retention depends on the type of record, the customer relationship, operational needs, and legal requirements.
Kreaction's current retention practices are:
- Accounts and profiles: retained while needed for the customer relationship and business operations, or until a verified deletion request is completed, subject to necessary recordkeeping exceptions.
- Orders and accounting records: completed orders, quotes, invoices, payment records, and bookkeeping records are currently retained indefinitely.
- Artwork and project files: generally retained for 4–6 years as storage permits and as needed for production, support, or reorders.
- Communications: customer emails, contact-form messages, SMS and MMS conversations, and message attachments are currently retained indefinitely.
- Messaging preferences: opt-out and related preference records are kept as needed to honor the customer's choice.
- Database backups: Kreaction's Cloudflare R2 database backups are retained for 30 days before older backups are overwritten or deleted.
A verified deletion request does not require us to delete information we must or reasonably need to retain for an order, invoice, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or legal purpose. Information deleted from active systems may remain in a backup until that backup reaches the end of its normal 30-day cycle. Providers may maintain limited recovery, security, or legal records under their own schedules.
How we protect information
In short: We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system or transmission is completely secure.
Kreaction uses measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include account authentication, access restrictions, secure connections, provider security controls, operational monitoring, and backups where appropriate.
The internet, email, text messaging, file storage, and electronic payment systems cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Use a secure connection and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in artwork, messages, or files you send to us.
Children's privacy
In short: Our services are not directed to children under 13.
Kreaction does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without appropriate parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information to us should contact [email protected].
United States service
In short: Kreaction's website and services are intended for customers in the United States.
We do not market or offer the website's commerce services to customers outside the United States. Information is primarily processed for Kreaction's United States operations. Providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their contracts and legal obligations.
Your privacy choices
In short: You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to verification and reasonable legal or business exceptions.
Account and privacy requests
You can update certain account and address information by signing in. To request access, correction, or deletion, email a privacy request to [email protected]. Kreaction currently handles verified deletion requests manually.
Verification
We may contact you through the email address already associated with the account and ask you to confirm the request. If additional verification is needed, we may ask you to match two or three existing account or order facts, such as an order or invoice number, approximate order date, billing name, phone number, or delivery address.
Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or Social Security number with a privacy request. Information provided for verification will be used only to evaluate and complete the request.
Other choices
- Reply STOP to opt out of automated text messages and use any unsubscribe method included in a future promotional email.
- Change browser settings to remove or block cookies, understanding that necessary site features may stop working.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate contact, account, or project information.
Applicable law may provide additional rights. We will review verified requests in good faith and will not discriminate against a customer for making a privacy request. We may deny or limit a request when we cannot verify it or when retaining information is reasonably necessary or permitted by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when the current version was last updated. Material changes may also be communicated through a notice on the website or another appropriate method.
