1. Verbal Consent Script

The following script is used when obtaining SMS consent from customers via phone or in-person:

“We’ll send you text messages about your invoices and account updates. Standard message and data rates apply, and you can text STOP anytime to opt out. Is that okay with you?”

2. Simulated Conversation Example

Below is an example of how verbal consent is obtained during a customer interaction:

Billing Representative:“Thank you for choosing Kreaction for your website and printing services. Before we finish up, I need to let you know we’ll send you text messages about your invoices and account updates. Standard message and data rates apply, and you can text STOP anytime to opt out. Is that okay with you?”Customer:“Yes, that’s fine.”Billing Representative:“Perfect. We’ll use the phone number you provided for those messages. Thanks!”

3. Consent Recording and Storage

Kreaction documents verbal consent as follows:

  • Phone Consent: Consent is recorded during the customer call and documented in our billing system with date and time of agreement
  • In-Person Consent: Consent is documented at the time of interaction, with the customer’s phone number recorded in our billing database
  • Billing System: All customer phone numbers associated with SMS consent are stored securely in our Kreaction billing web application
  • Record Retention: Consent records are maintained for the duration of the customer relationship and for a minimum of 12 months after account closure

4. Opt-Out Process

Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time using the following methods:

  • Text STOP: Customers can reply with the word “STOP” to any text message from Kreaction to unsubscribe
  • Phone Request: Customers can call our office during business hours and request removal from SMS notifications
  • Account Settings: Customers can modify SMS preferences in their Kreaction billing account if available

Confirmation: Upon opting out via STOP or phone request, the customer will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer re-subscribes.

5. Message Types and Content

SMS messages sent via Kreaction are limited to the following types:

  • Invoice and billing notifications
  • Payment confirmations and receipts
  • Account updates and service alerts
  • Payment reminders for overdue accounts

All messages comply with TCPA regulations and do not include unsolicited marketing or promotional content without explicit separate consent.

6. Compliance Statement

Kreaction LLC is committed to compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state SMS regulations. All customers must provide verbal or written consent before SMS messages are sent, and all customers maintain the right to opt out at any time.
